Caveirinha Jiu Jitsu Family is a world wide Jiu Jitsu organization started in 1996. We have been operating an academy in Yucaipa since 2013 and have recently opened the Corona location in August of 2019. The academy is under the instruction of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Professor Aaron Miller. We offer Jiu Jitsu and self-defense classes for kids ages 3 and up and boxing for kids 10 and up. We also offer Jiu Jitsu, boxing and fitness classes for adults of all ages and levels. Free seminars for anti-bullying and self-defense are available.

ADULT JIU JITSU

This class goes over fundamental moves in the art of Jiu Jitsu. It’s the perfect training to lose weight, get fit, and also learn an important life skill of self defense. It doesn’t matter your age, weight, guy or girl, Jiu Jitsu is for everyone.

JIU JITSU RESISTANCE TRAINING (JJRT)

Jiu Jitsu resistance training takes your body to the next level. Mixture of suspension training, bodyweight training, cardio and plyometrics training. If you are ready to sweat, this is the class for you.

ULTIMATE BOXING

Learn real boxing from coaches who have real life experiences in the ring. The class will improve your striking skills, at the same time, giving you strength and cardio to push you to those championship rounds.

COMBAT JIU JITSU

This program adds street self defense to your jiu jitsu. Understanding how to use your jiu jitsu in day to day life. Striking is added to your training, learning how to strike the correct way and also learning how to defend from strikes.

KIDS FUNDAMENTALS

If it the first day or you have been training for years this class will be the best thing for you to take all the time. If your are 7 years of age to 13 then look no more for the class to take. Learning how to defend yourself from standing to the ground. Understanding takedowns throws submissions chokes. Jiu-Jitsu is the best self defense a kid can learn. Inside of Jiu-Jitsu you can learn Anti Bully defenses along with if a child has been accused of being a bully we can help. Having a healthy outlet for kids is important for their growth.
