This program is designed for kids for the age 3 years to 6 years of age. This intro class is to help them get introduced into the Jiu-Jitsu lifestyle. Helping them go over the basics of jiu-jitsu. Also teaching them how to overcome the physical emotional and mentally hurdles they will have from training. If it the first day or you have been training for years this class will be the best thing for you to take all the time. If your are 7 years of age to 13 then look no more for the class to take.
